Upgrade the Process Control System for a Mining Plant
In this project an old S5 System was upgraded to PCS7. It contained of 7 PLC’s where S7-400H types were used.
In this project, I was able to program 5 out of the 7 PLC’s, and why I could gain an in depth knowledge of the process of the whole plant.
I supported and provided my services over several years for continues upgrades and software modifications.
Upgrade the Process Control System for a Fluorpolymere Plant
In this project I supported Siemens Industrial Division Munich for an upgrade of the old TELEPERM M System to PCS7 V7.0
I used the Advanced Process Library for Pharma Projects and programmed the safety and programmed, validated and tested the Safety Matrix for this system.
